Specifications

1.1 We adopt convertible frequency fans in this small equipment; the machine is designed for filling down-filled clothing,Sleeping Bag.
1.2 The diameter of the filling tube ranges from 14mm to 25mm, theycan fill those long and narrow clothing parts with feather.
1.3 E type fan with a frequency inverter, if selected,is easy to adjust its wind force as required. Low wind force can be adopted when fillingclothes or down and featherto decrease the damage of down and feather55; strong wind force can be selected when filling pillows or big feather pieces to minimize the blockage of the filling pipe70.
1.4 The fan’s soft start produces less impulse on the power source when it starts to run. Even a 5- ampere single phase electric meter can be adopted. It is quick to stop.It can stop down and feather being blown out within 1 second after the fan brake is applied. Thus it is easy to keep both the product and site tidy.
1.5 The advantages of feather filling machines made by Japan, Germany and other countries were comprehensively absorbed for designing. Besides, China--patented technologies have been uniquely applied in this machine.The fan, directly connected with the motor, is light in weight, simple in structure, less in troubles and convenient for installation, operation and maintenance.
1.6Its stainless steel outer case makes it look luxurious, tidyand in good taste.
1.7 Because there is little impurity in feather for clothing, and the quantity of feather filled in one piece is small, we don’t install Plexiglas whirlwind feather filter barrel to increase the speed of down filling.
1.8 We adopt 0.5/3000 electron balance to weigh feather, the operators are supposed to grab feather on the electron balance with hands and put the feather into the entry of the equipment, at the same time, they should watch the change of the weight on the indicator of the balance. The clothing should be sheathed on the outlet of the machine, the fan blows feather into the double layer of clothing. The accuracy of the weightof feather can be controlled within 0.5g. This machine can NOT weigh the feather filled automatically.
